 Brian Williams MBA B.Ec Director (Founding partner)
Mike with a wealth of “hands on” practical expertise excels at understanding and solving new business problems including trans border issues.  Frequently participating with client presentation teams, Brian also provides key support to the initial marketing initiatives. Brian also ensures that Forward Focus effort is directed toward identifying key issues and solving problems for all our clients.  He has also successfully applied the application of diffusion models and adoption cycles to new technology business development and the implementation of "pioneer" programs. His many years of experience in diverse industries, chemical (Divisional Manager ICI), engineering software (CEO at Moldflow and Autodesk), biotechnology (Group Director Southern Cross/Alpharma) and foods Cadbury/Schweppes and Unilever contribute to his versatility and practical application.

Chris Le Marshall MBA Dip App Sci  Director (Founding partner)
Noted for his strategic management capability and creative thinking , Chris is sought after for his skill in business planning, and market strategy. He often facilitates strategic planning initiatives with senior management groups.   He is a master at identifying key issues, proposing solutions, and pairing objectives with action oriented recommendations. Chris has a wealth of experience in diverse industries from his years at KPMG Peat Marwick as Manager of Strategic Business Planning and of technology and planning issues from Energetics Satellite Corporation (Denver) and the Anzac Ship Project

 Jane Besley MBA LLB  (Director)
Jane has helped many companies define new business opportunities, launch new products, and provide value added services. Her capabilities in financial modelling, cost/benefit analysis and acquisition strategy are significantly valued. In the public sector she has assisted with utilities with the corporatising and the privatisation process. Highly regarded as a skilled negotiator, she is particularly able at guiding the formalising of the essential business arrangements both local and international.  An accomplished writer she is particularly gifted in interpreting and clearly communicating complex issues. She has authored numerous reports on national competitiveness and privatisation.  Her industry experience encompasses positions with CRA (Treasury) and Dulux (Strategic Planning).
