This gives you an opportunity to consider your current risk profile, and highlights the existence or absence of mechanisms in place to mitigate your risks.    It enables you to define your strategic, organisational and risk management context. This in effect sets the boundaries for your risk management and ensures that all staff are approaching risk management from a common agreed perspective.

The AS/NZS 4360:1999 is the only internationally accepted risk management standard. It provides a generic guide for establishing and implementing the risk management process involving identification, analysis, assessment, treatment and continuous risk monitoring. for any public, private or community enterprise or group. Also if you have to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley we can provide the systems.
